Terms and Conditions WELCOME TO VAN-ELLIS OUTDOORS YOUR ACCOUNT WITH US In order for us to process your order smoothly, we ask that when you register your details with us you ensure that all information given is correct. If there are any changes to your account information we ask that you contact us of the change. PRICING At Van-Ellis Horseboxes all products are priced in pounts sterling. VAT is included in the prices quoted. For any orders outside of the UK any customs or import duties when the goods arrive at there destination are the customers sole responsibility AVAILABILITY OF STOCK We hold large amounts of stock but occasionaly a certain product may be out of stock. We will notify you of this immediatley. DELIVERY Good are normally sent our next working day dependent on items being in stock. Although we endeavour to deliver most items within 2-3 working days please allow upto 10 working days. If delivery is going to be more than 2-3 days then you will be contacted immediatley with the estimated delivery date.Delivery is charged at cost RETURNS If you find the goods purchased from us are not suitable or you are not satisfied with them, we do accept returns within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Goods must be returned to us unused and in the original packaging along with your account details and the reason for return. The customer will be requested to arrange and pay for the return. The item should be well packaged and clearly labeled and sent back to the address below. CUSTOMS Any goods ordered from Van-Ellis Outdoors to be delivered outside of the UK may be subject to certain customs charges. These charges must be paid by the customer. Please contact your customs office for your country to obtain accurate details on these charges. PAYMENT At Van-Ellis Outdoors we accept payment by three seperate methods. CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD Via our secure online provider Paypal. CHEQUE Please make cheques payable to S.Van de gevel. Please note we must wait 5 working days for cheques to clear before goods can be sent out. POSTAL ORDER These can be obtained at your local post office.
